Gambellara D.O.C.


In the glass it has a pale straw yellow color. The nose is fruity, with hints of green apple, ripe pear, elderberry and spices with a finish that recalls honey and cinnamon. The mineral note also stands out, typical of our volcanic territory.
In the mouth it is balanced, inviting, savory and light.

It goes well with appetizers of fish, vegetables, cold cuts and light first courses.
Excellent as an accompaniment to second courses based on white meat and fish.

Our family has been cultivating vines for two centuries, passing this passion down from generation to generation.

Tenuta Tarcisio Maule was born in 2019, a project that aims to pay homage to work of our predecessors and give value to the wonderful land of Selva di Montebello.

Our philosophy: tradition, innovation, and respect for the environment.

We respect our territory and its fruits.

Alongside our traditional vines such as Garganega and Durella, we are cultivating innovative resistant vines that allow us to reduce phytosanitary treatments by 80 percent.

At the time of harvest, the grapes are carefully selected and hand-picked in order to best preserve their characteristics. To maintain the integrity of the bunches, they are delicately placed on special boxes for the transport to the estate.

In the winery, the winemaking processes combine tradition with innovation; using historical techniques such as the drying of grapes in Picai, and new technologies, such as cold control to enhance the aromas of our wines.
