A pleasantly drinkable sparkling wine with a pale straw yellow color. The nose is intense, with hints of lavender, primroses, wildflowers and citrus fruits that are combined with those of apricots, peaches and black tea. In the mouth it is round and velvety with a harmonious sweet / acid balance.

Excellent as an aperitif, ideal accompanied with snacks and medium-aged cheeses. It goes very well with appetizers and delicate main courses based on fish and white meats.

Geologically it is an area of ​​volcanic origin, with basaltic soils, mostly in the form of earthy and friable tuffs, particularly favorable to the cultivation of the vine due to their natural fertility and high mineral content, which are responsible for the extraordinary accents of wine.

For more than a millennium vines have been cultivated in our area. This is confirmed by the discovery in Montebello Vicentino of the remains of a Roman villa from the 1st or 2nd century with vines and abundant grape seeds.
